Policies at The Boyd

A deposit totaling the first night’s room rate plus tax is due at booking. The remaining balance will be charged 10 days prior to arrival, and the reservation will be considered confirmed at that time and will be non-refundable.

Cancellations made 10 days out or longer before 4 PM EST will be charged a $100 processing fee per room.

No pets of any kind are allowed. If you arrive with an animal, you will need to make alternate accommodations for your pet to check into the property, or your reservations will be forfeited. We reserve the right to cease service for noncompliance with this policy.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Smoking is allowed in a designated area outside and on the terrace if you have reserved the entire property.

All suites are double occupancy. We do not have cots or cribs to accommodate young children.

Check-in time begins at 4 PM EST, and check-out is before 12 PM EST

We do not have a fitness center on the property, but we would love to recommend a nice walking route through beautiful Middleburg or a hiking excursion.

We do not have a business center, but we have a wireless printer available for guest use. Complimentary wifi is available to all guests.
